Robert H. Heller Installation

Saturday, May 9th, was a busy day for the State Suite, as you can probably tell.  After all, they pulled off the rare feat of back-to-back installations on the same day.  The first was in Milford at 1:00 and was followed by Robert H. Heller's at 5:00.  Luckily, the members of the State Suite are hardcore professionals and can knock out marathon events such as these, like prize fighters.

The State Officers returned to their normal positions for this installation.  Brother Dennis Shea Jr., also known as DJ, was entrusted to help continue the rebuild of Robert H. Heller Chapter in West Haven.  He will serve as Master Councilor in this, his final year as an active DeMolay.  He spoke extensively on the importance of family and was profoundly humbled and thankful for the opportunity to lead the chapter.

The members of Robert H. Heller Chapter were equally excited to have him as their Master Councilor and even presented him with a mascot they chose for him: a lion.  This was chosen because it represented pride in one's work, leadership in the pride, and because, and I quote, "you're the king of our animal kingdom."

He certainly will be for the one more year.
