Milford Chapter hosted its highly anticipated Ice Cream Social Wednesday, July 30th, in Ansantawae Lodge #89's dining hall. It was a star-studded night as State Master Councilor, Nicholas Carpenter, State Senior Councilor, David Cavanaugh, State Officer at Large, Michael Gendreau, PSMC James Cavanaugh, Anna Plasky, Worthy Advisor of Milford Assembly #4, and even John Hanson, Worshipful Master of Ansantawae Lodge #89, A.F.& A.M. all showed up to show their support for Milford DeMolay.
With Dad Ken Hawkins manning the ice cream bar, hearty helpings of Bucks Ice Cream were provided to the guests and topped off with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and mini M&Ms. These irresistable concoctions attracted DeMolays, Masons, Rainbows, Dads, and Moms alike, a testament to the popularity of this event. In the end, Milford made a profit of $25 on the event. While that may seem like a modest amount, it is undeniable that everyone who attended truly enjoyed themselves. That, in and of itself, made this event a great success.
