On Saturday Evening, March 15th, Master Councilor Robert Andrews and 16 Officers of New Haven Chapter were installed by State Master Councilor James P. Cavanugh II and his suite of officers. Many friends, family and guests attended to support the young men of New Haven Chapter. The night had been made exceptionaly special as it was the first time the chapter donned thier Black Watch Tartan Kilts. New Haven Chapter would like to the State Officers and all that attended for thier support.
