Newtown's Labor Day Parade

"A good time was had by all "... on Monday, September 2nd, as members of DeMolay joined by members of the State Sweetheart Court marched in Newtown's Labor Day Parade. DeMolay was acknowledged and thanked for their support of the town, after the Newtown Tragedy. We all proudly wore our DeMolay shirts as we fallowed behind members of Grand Lodge and Hiram Lodge #18. We were all honored to see The Most Worshipful Grand Master, Dad Simon LaPlace. It was a good day where many good memories were made and we were all very lucky the rain didn't start till after the parade. Next year I hope more DeMolays will come out and march.
