Just Another Day at the Amusement Park
On August 31st, 90 DeMolay members from around New England went to Lake Compounce Amusement Park for a great time. Together, we went on roller coasters, water slides, pirate ships, and just anything in general that will make you dizzy.
This was an especially great event for the prospects who came. They seemed to really enjoy being around a bunch of great kids while riding on the worlds #1 wooden roller coaster (Boulder Dash).
The day at the park proved to be well worth the $25 it cost for the ticket. It was very interesting when you would see DeMolays encouraging their friends to go on new rides. I even found myself trying 2 new rides with my chapter.
Overall, Nathan Hale Chapter provided a fantastic event, and I can't wait to go back next year.
